Bedroom 3 — Twin XL-over-Queen Bunk Bed Designed to give families and groups significantly more sleeping flexibility. No parties, loud gatherings, or adult events allowed • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM • Only disclosed guests are allowed; the home accommodates up to 8, with an option to add up to 4 guests at $46 per night each • No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations • No mail deliveries (USPS, FedEx, UPS) • Lost items held for 5 days; $60 handling fee plus postage for return • Gardeners visit every Friday and will not enter the house • Pool and hot tub technician visits every Monday and will not enter the house • All service personnel access the backyard through the side gate and won't enter the house • Maintenance: While we regularly maintain the property, things may occasionally break.
