• No parties, loud gatherings, or adult events are allowed. Violating this policy will result in the immediate termination of your stay without refunds. • To comply with local regulations, please provide a copy of your driver’s license or passport before arrival. • Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. • Only disclosed guests are allowed on the property. The home accommodates up to 8 guests, with the option to add 2 additional guests at $46 per night per extra guest. • One small pet is welcome with a $350 pet fee per trip. Undisclosed pets will result in an immediate charge of $500 per pet, per trip. o Please clean up after your pet, especially in the grass area. o Use provided pet blankets on furniture. Pets cannot be left alone in the home—let us know if you need a crate. • No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises. A $1,000 cleaning and airing fee will be charged for any violations. • Mail delivery (USPS, FedEx, UPS) is not permitted. • Don’t forget your belongings! Lost items will be held for 5 days before being discarded due to limited space. If you request an item to be mailed, there is a $65 handling fee plus postage costs. • Gardeners visit every other Sunday and will access the front yard and backyard. They will not enter the house. • While we maintain the property regularly, things may occasionally break, as with any home. We will address any issues within 24 hours, but they are not grounds for refunds. • By booking, you agree to ensure that all occupants, guests, and pets in your group comply with Orange County short-term rental rules as outlined here.
